All I have to say is how fucking drunk would you have to be if you did that?  You'd have to be pretty much gone.  And again, like I said in the Duke Case, these men are entitled to the presumption of innocence before trial.  Of course, if I get accused of that, I'm calling up every paper, TV station, and radio station saying "I didn't do that I didn't do that!".  There's a reason to keep your mouth shut, I know, but by god, that's one accusation that would (and should) send everybody screaming.

This is probably going to bring up the arguement of, if these guys are guilty of this, what is the proper punishment? 10 years, 20, 30, life?  The needle?  I'm against the death penalty for several reasons, but I am hard pressed to see any sort of arguement for a sentence of under 25 years, at least, if you were involved in this action for any reason.
